Questions
Does it renew automatically?
That depends which option you choose. The renewing option renews each year at the price you joined at, and we email a reminder before each renewal so it is never a surprise. The one-time option does not renew.
What happens to my price when the limited time ends?
Nothing, on the renewing option. Your membership renews at the founding price for as long as you keep it, which is what the founding price means. It goes up for anybody joining after the offer closes.
How does Affirm work?
Affirm is a separate lender. You apply at checkout, and Affirm decides whether to approve you and sets your terms. If they approve you, you pay Affirm in monthly installments and your membership starts straight away.
Can somebody else use my pass?
No. It has your name on it, and the door checks it against your ID.
Does it cover a guest?
It admits you to the six private concerts. You can buy a seat for a guest at each one, and members get first refusal before we release any seats.
Can I get a refund?
Within fourteen days of joining, as long as you have not been to a concert yet. After that it runs the full year. If you paid with Affirm, we refund Affirm and they adjust your balance.
