Questions
Does it renew automatically?
No. It is an annual membership you renew yourself. We will get in touch before it runs out, and nothing comes off your card on its own.
What counts as a special event?
A few nights a year where a touring act is ticketed separately. We publish those in advance. Everything else is included.
How does Affirm work?
You choose Affirm at checkout and they decide, not us. If they approve you, they pay us and you pay them monthly. The terms are theirs.
Can somebody else use my pass?
No. It has your name on it, and the door checks it against your ID.
Does it cover a guest?
It admits you. Guests are welcome and pay the usual cover. At the private concerts you can buy a seat for a guest, and members get first refusal before we release any.
Can I get a refund?
Within fourteen days of joining, as long as you have not already used the membership to get in. After that it runs the full year. If you paid with Affirm, the refund goes back through Affirm and they adjust what you owe them.
